Why should I pay a fee?
Because we want the site to be free to the person searching for help. When you think about it, $34.95 for one year of exposure on the web is cheap, probably too cheap. But we're working for population. Try doing direct mail, print advertising, public relations, you name it, for the same amount. A ton of people are viewing the site daily, if you get one job from your participation, you've easily paid for the listing. Although we can not guarantee results, the comprehensive and logical approach we are taking to finding resources can only continue to grow. So sign up now.
How are you going to market the site?
It's already started. Check the big search engines and the pay-per-hit sites. AdSource.com is everywhere. The public relations and word-of-mouth in the industry will never end. On the flip side we cannot launch a traditional marketing campaign until the site is properly populated. We are new, after all. We have a plan in place for a market-to-market campaign to support your investment in us and drive users to the site, which is why you should sign-up now and tell your friends about us. Think of us as a marketing communications co-op.
How long will all this take?
Realistically, we're hoping to be at full depth within a year. There are many variables involved, but that is our plan. The sooner people like you register your services, the sooner we'll be able to launch our traditional marketing efforts. So what's holding you back?
What are your long term plans for the site?
Growth. That will come about through heavy doses of marketing. There is no site on the web that even comes close to the services that AdSource.com provides. We will be the go-to site for the advertising and marketing community.
What if my specialty is not listed on your site?
Honestly, we tried to think of every category of this business on this site. That's what sets AdSource.com apart and makes us so useful. Every search is reliant on keywords. Take research, for instance. Are you qualitative or quantitative? Consumer or political or whatever? The person searching will be guided to you by entering specific keywords. So when you sign on, use your six keywords to help the customer find you. If you need to create a whole new category, hit the contact us prompt, and we will add it.
What if my state is not listed?
We get this question all the time. When your registration is complete, your location will automatically appear to the viewer. As people register their services around the country, the geographical references will grow accordingly. If there isn't a photographer listed from Iowa, for instance, Iowa will not appear in the results file. So if you're a photographer from Iowa, it never hurts to be first.
